Links affiliated with an article work in mobile mode, but not on wide display.
I use WordPress 5.6 running the “Twenty Sixteen” theme version 2.3.
Affected Browsers: Firefox, Chrome and Edge.

If displayed on a wide screen, then the links in the article https://snrk.de/bugreports/snrk_de_blog_20201220.html#xxxxxxx don’t work. The links below and above the article work.
If displayed on a narrow screen (mobile mode), then the links in the article https://snrk.de/bugreports/snrk_de_blog_20201220.html#xxxxxxx work correctly, like the links below and above the article.
Interestingly, when I position the cursor on a link in the previous article, I see the correct URL in the lower left corner of the browser. If I move the cursor to the affected article, the correct URL is displayed shortly and then disappears.
